Career background and current status

Darragh is currently employed by NetFort which he joined as a startup in 2005. As Director of Technical Services and Customer Support, he interacts on a daily basis with NetFort customers and is responsible for the delivery of a high quality technical and customer support service.

Darragh has extensive experience in the IT industry, having previously worked for O2 and Tyco. Within these roles, Darragh has managed a team that maintained large EMEA networks with 30+ locations. He was responsible for the design and implementation of their network server infrastructure.

Darragh is a graduate of the Institute of Technology, Carlow and is Cisco CCNA certified. Specialties: Network security, lead generation and growth hacking.
